They suspended every affiliate account who didn't send any new signups in the past 2 weeks. They did this to scare the other affilliates to not switch to other processors (what was happening alot since they changed their rules).
Their new rules are:
50% max reseller payout
18% processing fee
20% holdback
etc.
Not very interesting for pay site owners as wel as affiliates.
Dutchbilling is partly owned by Hans Burger / Cybermedia / Book and Film. Verotel also owns part of it, but it's mainly run from Cybermedia's office. It was set up right after Ibill and Ccbill stopped processing for beasty sites, so they could get full control over all the other bestiality sites.
Their company is well known for producing and distributing bestiality and is also known for their unethic ways of getting rid of their competition.
