their is no proof that having different ips across multiple class c's has a factor, not saying these "seo" hosts are bad hosts.
as long as you are doing legit white hat you will be fine, and anyone giving you advice that you wont, is giving you bad info.
v_rocks you run enough sites to know if you need "seo" hosting.
