Can you please tell me if you using them. I have got really bad experience so far with their installation team. They say they cant install bcz i am using advance authentication system which i am not. There is not much info in API and following API docs also no luck. Need to know if any of you using them how you install the their setup.

No offense to billing support but all billing programs we have worked with do not have very good installers. They always tell the customer there is something wring with the cgi bin. Then I upload a test script and they finally fix whatever they did wrong.
It's been like this for a decade
I don't think they realize the odds of a cgi-bin breaking are about 1-10,000
