And my observation is that if a girl has a great set of tits to begin with...and then has big implants put in and DOESN'T put them under the muscle and DOESN'T mess them up with a "lift"...they end up with an awesome set of fake tits.

The "Franken-Tits" I see on girls are always girls who had real small tits and tried to go too big...OR the ones who listened to a plastic surgeon who convinced them to cut the nipples off and move them higher and/or cut off loose skin to make the breasts "perky". Those things always come out like monstrosities.

We wouldn't let the doctor do anything like that. He was like: "But they are going to hang you know" And I told him HELL YEAH, I want them to look RIGHT. Not like some kind of freakish set of crazy boobs. lol We wouldn't let him do any of that bullshit. It was strictly...toss these monster sized implants into these giant titties and DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING.

So her boobs look exactly the same....only GIANT!
