I have a server with Mojohost since few months and gave me no issues so I ordered 2 extra servers this week, is for new projects. I never used other specifically adult hosting companies so I can't compare with webair or such, I have lots servers since many years from a few of those datacenters who server a little of everyone, but for support I not use theirs I have own developers, and traffic is not tube grade there.
Mojo Ticket support it work well, you open a ticket with a request and they do it. I made a ticket account for an outsourced development company too, they dealt with mojo directly same way and sites was developed, I even forgot they was at work as I was never questioned anything during the process.
Actually in tickets they not simply execute what you ask - if you request something silly or danger they put an "are you sure?", for example I asked to change the pasword of mysql database and they noted if I had hardcoded it in my php's, then site was not working anymore after the change, and asked confirmation. That was cool as I am not that silly but some your people or outsourced dudes can be that silly.
