I wasn't questioning whether you know what you're doing as a photographer. I'm just saying that a real foot fetishist (is that a real word?) wouldn't care one bit about the nudity.
Just saying again: Foot fetish peeps won't care for the nudity. The rest of us (general population) won't care for the feet.
Having said that...I shot a ton of stuff like that back in the 90's and early 2000's for my content company. I always made all the models suck their own feet, etc. And then made them smoke a few cigarettes. Then I'd put together compilation fetish packages.
I got quite an education in what to do and what not to do from the site owners who were actually passionate lovers of particular fetishes.
