But generally, just try to avoid stressful situations in your live, don't work with clients who are obvious "trouble-makers" (you know what I mean), don't fuck insane girls, and keep a healthy distance between you and "difficult" relatives. That work's best for me

Exactly, thats why i take one hour break every day and do a walk in the part.. it really helps refresh your mind a lot..
