PCP ...I cannot think of any other drug that could allow someone with a compound fracture to kick and spit, and another to take a car at point blank, get up, and RUN away with out feeling a thing.? Did they ever blood test them to find out what they had taken? Unreal, I feel for the cops trying to keep others safe during the whole ordeal.
