I usually eat large salads (sometimes with cooked fish), olives, lots of seeds, fruit.
I haven't been on it for long, but those who went raw for life have a lot of receips, they make raw cakes (with caju / almonds / cocoa / coconut / fruits), raw pasta, raw meatloaf, raw anything

and you really feel out of this world. Just one week is enough to feel the effects, last time (I was on it) 3-4 hours of sleep / night were more than enough to feel great for the whole day
