Are talking about raw vegan? Raw goat milk is amazing. And if you really want to feel like superman you can buy grass fed raw unfrozen bison hearts from northstar bison ranch in Wisconson. They ship next day and they don't ruin the meat by freezing it. Chop it up and pour on flaxseed or hemp oil, slice up an avocado and you are golden.

Fruit is absolute bullshit. Fruit does jack shit for humans other than give them lots of sugars. Dark green leafy veggies are good. Meat and eggs that have been produced from animals eating grass and other things they would eat if just left alone out in a pasture are the best foods for giving humans the vitamins and minerals they need.

You can also order raw almonds directly from the farm. http://www.organicpastures.com
Make milk from the almonds. 99% of almonds are pasteurized and are worthless to eat. Also 99% of almonds that saw raw on the package are not really raw.

Eat Chlorella morning and night. This brand is best. http://www.amazon.com/Sun-Chlorella-.../dp/B0011FT9U0

Bread, pasta, rice etc are bullshit.

You need fat with your veggies for your body to process them properly. Ignore the idiots who say to stay away from all fats. Natural fats are good for you.

Eat this way for one one month and you will feel reborn.

Now anyone reading this has zero excuse for feeling like shit, being a fat fuck, or being depressed.

If yo don't believe me then feed your dog this diet for one month and he/she will have the energy of a puppy again.

You are WELCOME
you make some good points. however. fruit is not bullshit and supplies vital micro-nutrients and natural fiber- both of which are sorely lacking in the typical american diet.

it's a advertising generated myth that fruit is bad and only supplies sugar. in fact, weight watchers just recently removed fruits from its carbohydrates listing and all fruit = 0 points with an emphasis on eating as much fruit as you can.

and my personal experience reflects this, i eat ~9 pieces of fruit per day and i felt the energy/health/wellness difference when i made that change.
