Thats not true. I think Mike Tyson paid like 15 Million or something like that for this house. He had no choice to sell it so 50 got a deal. I believe he is asking a lot more then he paid for it. I know there was an article about him also investing a couple of million to fix the place up because it had a lot of issues. He was suing the contractor who told him there wasn't many issues and it went from 200k to 2-3mil in fixing.

New York City is very expensive and yes. You can buy apartments for 20-50 Million in Manhattan. These apartments are huge and they usually take up 2-3 floors of an entire building. You can get a 1 room (studio) apartment in NYC for 400-600k in a decent area. 1 Bedrooms you will get closer to the Million area.
