For those of you not wanting to spend $275 a night (seems the "special" group rate is $25 higher than the reg rate) the Marriot which is a 6 minute walk is $170 a night.
For some reason if you book from the 30th it goes to $229 a night, so book from the 31st for the $170 a night rate and if you need to stay there the night of the 30th make a separate reservation.
