Ukraine and specifically kiev is the most expensive country ive been, and Ive been to 30+. If you want to go to the nice places there you will pay. Nicest hotel ive ever been to as well, the hyatt kiev.

Much like moscow, huge gap between poor and rich and no inbetween.
