From what I have learned of you, you have had a pretty damn good life and career so far in this business and made some decent money. You have a lovely wife, a nice home, etc.
Unless you're just having fun with all of this...don't get caught up in Damian fucking with you. I don't know the guy, but I've seen 'em come and go. And you have certainly seen far more than me.
For all we know Damian might not even be involved in the adult industry 5 years from now. He might just be passing through onto whatever his destiny is in life. Why bother arguing with him? Just put him on ignore, and forget about him.
What have you got to lose? Nothing. He can't make you a thin dime, so he's useless to you. Forget about him and enjoy life. God knows I'm trying to take my own advice (though it's easier to give out that advice than to actually take it lol )
