Help mojohost!
Ok, I hate to be an ass here (and being an ass is not my intention, just getting contact is) but I'm having real problems with migrating over to Mojohost...
Ok here's the long story for Brad, Scott or anybody that can fix this for me.
I decided to search for a new host after having major email problems with my current hosts so as I stand, I have no reliable email method, I can receive emails via a pop3 account I gave mojo but I can only send emails via gmail.
So, they have an email address we'll call "thehunk pop 3".
I received an email at that address saying they needed some further details from my old servers to help migrate me over, so I replied from my gmail account (the one that can send emails) and the ticketing software sent back an error message (presumably because I was replying via an unregistered email address?)...
So I clicked the link to send it back via the ticketing software on their site which then error messages me saying I needed to login or register... Well, nobody ever gave me any login details yet that I'm aware of so I couldn't login to it.
So I thought hey, I'll register with the ticketing software like it's telling me to. but frustratingly there's no registration link.
So I can't reply to the ticket. I can't register to reply to the ticket. And my emails get rejected because they are not from the email address they sent it to.
Frustrating.
So, I try messaging Brad and Scott on Skype... No reply. (you guys really should get skype for all your admins - mainstream don't use ICQ at all)
I never use ICQ, it's kinda archaic and very much Adult industry specific. They don't even have a Mac version of it. So after multiple attempts to register for an icq account (the ICQ site was screwy when I tried to sign up) I register with ICQ and load up the Web ICQ version and try to contact Jeremy and Warren (because on the mojo site it says their ICQ's are online)... no reply from either.
So, that's where I stand now...
Trying to reply to a ticket and it's not allowing me to, warren has even requested the details again trying to get things moving but whatever I do, I can't respond to him...
A REALLY, REALLY frustrating situation adding to the fact I'm already frustrated by the email problems I've been having the last week which prompted me to change hosts to Mojo.
This is turning into a nightmare week for me and really just wanna get this all sorted.
So please, any mojo guys that are reading this... Please send me an email to platinummatt007 AT gmail.com or add me on skype matt_mansfield_uk and hopefully I can forward the requested details and we can get things moving...
