Any platform, CCBill included, has the opportunity for a program owner to screw you over if they put enough effort into it. Placing blind faith in anything is not a good idea. NATS however, unlike some other platforms, has never had any feature designed to screw over an affiliate. It also has many things built into it to watch for this type of activity & protect against it (no, I can not provide you with specifics, that would defeat the purpose). It also has more protection against these type of activities than any platform out there, IMO.
Also, as mentioned, if someone has reason to believe someone is doing something they shouldn't be, all they need to do is bring it to our attention and we will investigate it aggressively and take action.

Fair enough.
On another note. When a program closes and the program owners stop paying out to affiliates. Would you allow that same person to use another NATS License to open another program?
