Manually creating a redirect for every link can be pretty time consuming. I've been using the Maxblogpress Ninja Affiliate script
http://www.mbpninjaaffiliate.com/ ($37) on a few blogs and it works well, but the one above looks like it does just about everything too and it's free. I'd probably go with that one.
