I'd agree with you on this and was also going to post that fact. Also, it's just not riot gear. Did you know the rifle scope/optics manufacturers/wholesalers who export overseas also need to get approval from the government? Did you know if bought night-vision and sent to a conflict zone you'd be detained/arrested if caught?
My point is...that tear gas came from the USA..and our govenment approved for it to be sold...we dont sell to iran we dont sell to north korea..but we supplied them with tear gas and weapons....did anyone in the US care before 2 days ago..No..
