Most of us here would respect someone who bothered to personally come on the forum and apologize while honestly explaining the situation. We'd be pissed still but you'd have to respect someone not bullshitting you about the situation. But he didn't do that. I highly doubt Chris Mallick is living in poverty right now but I have no doubt that there are several people who have lost homes, cars, and perhaps even marriages over what he has done. In fact I heard of one guy indirectly losing his life over it.
