Thanks to everyone who answered. Gary, I checked out your article and it was most informative!
Since I am only looking for remote work (e.g. girl can work from home)..I am thinking about approaching models on webcam sites. I will contact only the ones that are working in western countries..as I've noticed many of the ones that work in Eastern Europe/South America/etc seem to work from studios and may not have the flexibility to do what I want them to. I will update this post to say how it goes.
