Ugh, wish I saw this thread when it was started. I had some blog sites with them that I hadn't updated in over a year but for $30/month, whatever. Now the sites are down due to not paying my bill which actually is indeed paid in full. I called into the support line and hit the button for billing. On hold about a min. Got a guy. Explained what I needed. He said he's in tech support and I need the billing dept. Really!?!?!? Thanks dude.
He sends me to billing. Rings, rings, rings and then back to the same guy in tech support.
I tell him what's up. Give him my client ID #. Has no record of me. I give him one of my domain names. He's able to find me that way. Says I have a different ID # than what I gave him. My Client ID # is part of my ftp login so I know I got it right. Anyway, he tells me they do have my info so I'm at least good there. Now the kicker. Says no one's around in billing and he doesn't know when "he" will be back. Hmmm, one guy in billing? Nice!!! So I asked when I should call back as it's 2:30 where they are. He says maybe try tomorrow sometime. You'd think that there would ALWAYS be someone on in billing, wouldn't you?
Anyway, did a lil gfy search and here's this thread I did not see when first posted so here's a bump for anyone else who needs a warning.
