Sorry, I must be being stupid here, how is it "difficult" to not put sugar in your food as you make it?
Surely it is a case of, oh, I don't know, just NOT PUTTING SUGAR IN YOUR FOOD?
I only drink water and coffee (without sugar), so no drink changes needed and I don't use condiments. If I want a sauce, I make the sauce.
So, it's not really hard at all. Just stop using sugar and buying supermarket food, surely?
