It's already been said in this thread that there's a huge difference between refined or the added sugars that go into most things, and the simple naturally occuring sweetness in natural source foods. I may be over, but not with the more complex sugars.

I realize the difference in sugars, but this eating plan that Barefootsies is referring doesn't differentiate, its all sugars. Just that serving of milk you have with your cereal most likely has 12g of sugar, then you add in your honey and cereal and you're well over 25g, and that's just breakfast. Since you admittedly can't exercise like you want to because of your back, you're gonna have to make some changes if you want to get back to the weight you once were. (cue the photos that pimpdogg used to post of you)
