im not questioning there ability to perform the job they were hired to do ..what i am questioning is there morals and obligations as ethical people to inform somoeone there is a problem rather than give them exucses knowing there isnt a check or wire coming and the client is indeed FUCKED.

Obviously, there is no talking to you, your mind is closed to any opinion, other than yours. How do you know, how much they knew ?? Do you have any proof, that they knew what was happening ?
