If you were you would do it like this:
"So and So and So and So use to work for Epassporte, where are they now? Do any of you work directly with them? Do you trust the COMPANY that they work for?"
Instead you have chosen to ASSUME many things. Such as:
These EMPLOYEES or CONTRACTORS were responsible for a COMPANIES decision.
These EMPLOYEES or CONTRACTORS were in the know, for the decisions a COMPANY was about to make.
These EMPLOYEES or CONTRACTORS were deceiving clients on purpose.
You are making these assumptions with out a single bit of PROOF other than they worked for a COMPANY.
I am not saying that they did or did not know what was going on. But unless you have definitive proof, and not hearsay, assumptions, or conspiracy theories. Then you have no argument.
End of story. Get your proof and you can post this shit all day long. Otherwise, keep your post based in fact.
