I watched it... It's a great example of how much of a difference every little thing can really make, and like Obama said it's going to take more than just one.
What it's not, is all budget cuts, past and future... and it doesn't take into account the 13% reduction in spending over the last year. Overall, if we look at any single budget cut like this, we will see it's a fraction of the budget - so not really a good example to look at.
