Cathy Beadsly and the whole Segpay team has been nothing short of fantastic to us. She earned our business by answering all of our questions and working with us to provide a billing format tailored to our needs. In addition her crew has also gone out of their way to answer our questions when we had them, and even to remove end users who were improperly flagged as bad credit risks based on our say-so alone.

Your ridiculous post improperly pegs Cathy and others with a very negative flag in a stupid attempt to stop them from doing business or to stop others from doing business with them, for no reason whatsoever.

If you were burned by iBill or other billers years ago, too fucking bad for you. Suck it up already. Shit happens. Instead sitting on your hands you should have setup multiple billers for some basic redundancy just your hosting provider may have redundant hard drives in their servers.

The next time you go to any trade show I strongly suggest you seek out Cathy and apologize to her, then if she'll still talk to you, ask her (or anyone at Segpay) why her company might be good for you and listen to her sale pitch. If you don't like what they has to say then fine, move on - at least you would have given her a chance before dismissing her outright.
I'm with DEA on this one, at least in regards to the people who were actually running those companies. Michael obviously didn't have anything to do with the epass problems. DEA, you need to drop going after the reps, makes your argument look silly and pisses a lot of people off.

CEO's of a company on the other hand, they know what was going on and very likely were involved with the demise of a company. No proof needed, they are the CEO, to think they didn't know what was going on or weren't involved is naive. We not talking about a sales rep but the highest position in the company. If they are not responsible then who is?

The FACT of the matter is a lot of these upper level employees jump from one failing billing company to starting a new one. History has shown the these type of people screw up over and over again. I think it is good public knowledge for people to know the previous track record of the person in charge of the current billing company they want to use.

But then again, it's the adult industry. People are dumb as rocks. They can get scammed today, the person can say "sorry" change his company name and come back the next day and continue to scam the same people over and over again.

DEA, don't waste your time. Let the people who don't care continue to get burned. I've made long "informative" posts showing what these people have done and no one gives a shit. I know who to do business with and who not to and that is all really care about any more. If people want to be dumb as rocks, let them get what they deserve. I learn from my mistakes and wont make the same ones twice.

If you really want to continue on with this, then you need to stick to the facts and the people who were in charge. I did the leg work 3 years ago, and recently posted that info again in this thread: http://www.gfy.com/fucking-around-and-business-discussion/1006788-whats-opinion-segpay.html It's amazing to see who was the top level guys at one company go and start a new company while the previous company their ran/owned is still going down in flames. What do they care, it's not their money they are losing, they can start over 100x if they want, we are the ones getting burned.
