here's something I really hope for NATS 4.1:
when you use the admin reports and breakdown by affiliate, you should really not display affiliates with no hits (and maybe give to option to only show affiliates with revenues), otherwise it takes a while to display and usually ends up crashing the browser. It's pretty much unusable.
