It's called tongue splitting, it's a surgical procedure some piercers will do, they'll gauge the tongue ring enough and then when it's "healed" they'll take a scalpel to it and cut down the tongue from the initial hole out the front, then they keep cutting it every week or so until it stops healing shut. It's a pretty interesting process and I have 2 or 3 friends that have it done. They're the same friends that have sub-dermal implants.
It feels interesting. Not good or bad interesting, just interesting.
