Hi everyone
I?m Eric from CashKaboom. I?ve only just seen this forum post recently so I apologize for the delay in responding to it. When Epassporte went out of business it did take some time to establish what the best alternative payment method would be for affiliates who had been receiving Epassporte payments. I?ve seen some posts on forums where affiliates felt companies should automatically send checks to affiliates who were using Epassporte, but not all affiliates fill in their complete addresses so the checks wouldn?t have reached them all and some affiliates wanted payment methods other than checks.
When Epassporte went out of business I posted a notice on our site and sent emails to all our affiliates urging them to change their payment method or email me with an alternative payment method. For the affiliates who didn?t email or change their payment method I sent individual emails to them urging them to do so.
I responded to all messages from affiliates who needed help with this and I always reply to affiliates as soon as possible. Checks sent internationally take some time to reach the recipient so I think some affiliates were concerned about the delay this caused. However, we always send our checks by registered mail to ensure they reach the recipient.
A few months ago we added Paxum as a payment method and try to ensure that affiliates receive their payments in the fastest and easiest ways possible.
If anyone has any questions or ideas about how we can improve our affiliate program please feel free to email me at
