Yes, why didn't they, all Barry did was make promises
GW was president for 11 months of that time, Barry was president for a month and got nominated.
So again, here's your challenge, tell me one thing that Barry did thats worthy of a Nobel Peace prize!!

They were building up before him, going bankrupt before him, it would have continued either way without him, and would have went bankrupt either way. So basically in your mind, it's good that he bankrupted our own Country, all to speedup the bankruptcy of another Country, and now creating even more cost on our end to deal with shit ton of out dated weapons... overall not very smart looking back at it.
Well, Obama did deliver on his promise, exactly what he won it over as well. Which was nuclear talks, reduction, more peace talks related to that, etc. Without question, he has given the "effort" which is required for the award... let alone he did deliver on his promise.
GW wasn't responsible for creating it or doing anything with it, other than being around when it ended.
Again, it makes zero difference if others should have, could have, might have gotten it. Even Obama said he didn't deserve it. But that still doesn't change the facts, to why he got it, and the fact that he is doing exactly what he got it for. Agree with it or not, like or not - it is "worthy" answer you keep ignoring.
