actually she is quite normal. I've dealt with some models that have lots of issues, but Cleopatra is very natural and sweet, and doesn't seem to have any issues. Some people are born in the wrong body, and they're just trying to correct that by changing their gender.
My motto is: do what makes you happy as long as you don't hurt anybody. I'm sure she is doing what makes her happy, and by becoming a girl she is not hurting anyone, so more power to her!
