Those cops are such cowards. Beating a subdued suspect is one of the pussiest things you can do.
But what about the cop that tried to run him over with his car, is that not excessive force? The kid was on the sidewalk when the cop car jumped the curb and hit him. If the kid was running through the street, I could see how getting hit by a car was his fault. But since when are cops allowed to drive onto sidewalks and plow into suspects. That's just crazy, not to mention dangerous to other innocent bystanders.
