its funny how people use their personal judgement to decide if a case should be decided by law or by personal judgement.
When it suits their purpose they want cases to be decided by personal judgement but on others the law.
Personally i think they should probably beat people just like that if they run from the cops, but that isn't the law, so i have to disagree with what they did.
There was a case in california of a guy who got life in prison because he cheated on his drivers test ( 3 strikes law ). it's absurd that we use the law to say its fair he is in prison yet use judgement in other cases to say the laws shouldn't apply.
