Exactly... and before that no peace talks were taking place under Reagan. An example of that is almost the start of nuclear war in Nov 1983. It wasn't until Gorbachev became president that the "real" ability for peace came about.

I've seen them both bow, I've seen the Emperor bow before our leaders and others - so was he saying they were superior to him? No...
