Mobile isn't "A" website, it's many WebsiteS in one, formats, styles, layouts, video types, etc.. The thread and the post I responded too were about mobilizing a single site even the thread starter has no more than 400 joins. I was under the impression we were talking small here! What you are saying is true but in my opinion this case does not require supporting alot of handsets. There are some great plugins for CMS's that take car of everything but man hours still need to be spent and testing is not easy and unless your actually testing on the device is it really a test and if you buy every device that will cost you alot of $$$
