As for bread, go for Gluten and Soya free. Gluten is the glue that holds bread together, our bodies can't break it down well. As for Soya 90% of it is GM, so keep clear
With potatoes it depends how they are cooked. Fries from a fast food joint are always bad. If a potato has got the skin on that's generally a good thing
