Do as I say not as i do tho..
I just had chile (with crackers - white as i gets) and if you want to live without pasta which is also basicly white flour.
Is anything more convienent or better than a little pasta, some real parm on that and maybe a litl Smart Balance for a 33 secs in the micro.
So good but sooo fattening and so in the teath. When you add shredded parmesan you have what was paste (pasta and water) and added steel reinforcement.

But it is sooo good at the moment.
I went thru a half box of "shells" pasta (4 oz) and two 5 oz tubs of Beliogiosi (sp) shredded parm cheese in about a week. I gained two pounds but I am so happy and energized.
