Unfortunately for the OP, he will probably be assassinated before he can give his testimony in court..
I've see this a thousand times... Dirty cops and a young buck adult webmaster way too eager to take the whole force down..
If I was the OP, I would call the FBI and see if they could put me in some type of witness protection program.. Although, that might be dangerous too.. Those law enforcement guys stick together..
At this point, it might be better to go into hiding and find some trustworthy news reporter from the L.A. time to print your story..
That might just keep the OP safe for the time being...
