Not only do you admit to breaking the law while the accident occured but now you are now changing your story and stating you were not breaking the law by speeding by atleast 10mph?

dude not trying to be an ass but u inserted yourself into this situation..a situation that puts you on the opposite side of the SFPD where they may be at fault....be thankfull im preparing you for your big day in court...dont ever perjure yourself in a court of law on the stand and under oath..think hard before answering any questions or making any statements
