Thats the thing... the NY DMV is telling me I can NOT take the vehicle out of state without one of these transit plates. If I do, the PA DMV will not be able to register the car. I have the title IN HAND that is from DMV
How do they know this guy didn't come to PA to sell me the car?
I called the PA DMV, as bright as these inbreed asshats are, their response "as long as you have the title and insurance... uh, I think it should be fine. you will have to come in to talk to someone I think" WTF?
