And you just gave the reason why it sucks. Rogers and Bell are doing whatever they can thru their puppet, the CRTC, to ensure Netflix Canada has subpar and slow releases so it doesn't kill their OnDemand products and hell, even cable subscriptions.
Basically, do not ever expect Netflix Canada to be a competitor up here.
