He's untouchable due to ePass being a corporation; you gotta sue his company which he disolved already. That is unless you or someone else has hard physical evidence that can prove that a) he did infact use the wallet money and have supporting documentation to show the wallet "money in motion" for funding his account(s) or b) have documentation proving he has the wallet funds illegally in his account(s), assuming the law about where the funds become the sole property of Mallickman after 60 days of disolving the corporation.
I'm not sure what is going on with Choker's group lawsuit (
www.epassportelawsuite.com), but if in fact the money is deemed his property, there may be an openning to go after him directly due to the non-responsiveness of complying with withdrawal requests. That's up to the lawyers on that one as I'm not sure if its possible or not; I ain't no lawyer.
