While I don't believe in ADHD, I do believe many behavioral symptoms may lend to , ADHD-like behaviour. I know exactly what you mean about following through on projects. Get all gung-ho to do it and half way through lose all motivation. Anxiety has been a curse for me for over a decade but there is help. Keep busy. Get lots of sunlight. Smoke some weed and listen to motivating music.
Your diet will also have a surprising health and mental abilities. Eat foods that arte high in protein, low in red meat and high in fiber. Avoid stimulants like coffee and pop.
Number one thing about motivation and boredom with projects though, is to stop thinking about how much you are accomplishing!! You'll never believe in yourself if you put all that pressure from ur issues on yourself!!
