Hey how many sales is the domain generating now. How much traffic are you getting right now? I would suggest setting up a simple white lable and testing out how much revenue the domain is making right now first. Then you can tell people it makes "$$$" a day and you going to get a much better response.
Just talking about potential and searches, most aren't going to invest the time with out knowing that your domain is already generating a lot of sales.
