What is Walters thinking.... " they did nothing wrong" I know he wants to come to the defense of his clients but if he was telling me I would be doing nothing wrong by doing what they did I would fire him. They went on state owned land and shot a porn video. Put aside the "porn" aspect of it and you couldn't go produce any movie or video there without permits / permission. Now throw in the porn aspect and you just itching to piss someone off who can then turn around and use the vague "obscenity" charge and take it to a jury. What does the DA or city have to lose, tax payers money LOL. What does RK have to lose, tons of money defending themselves and possibly jail time.
