I'd have to agree with The Doc that TopBucks is a really stand-up group. Combine that with their own fleet of mobile sites and I would think that they do filter the mobile traffic, but with your affiliate code. I've seen nothing from them that would make me think otherwise.

I just checked my stats for their mobile sites and I see hits to some that I have never linked to, apparently coming from galleries, so I think that would be confirmed.
