"It's" = "it is". Always. As in, "It's gonna piss some people off there's a grammar lesson in this thread.

The possessive of it = "its". As in, "Facebook begins its downward spiral with new picture viewer crap."

"Its'" is never correct to use in any circumstance in the English language.
