greg and chuck are way too stupid to think up that, esp chuck, he's border line tarded.
My guess, someone suggested it at a meeting and they ok'd it. that is if they even bothered to come into that office that day.... when you usurp a company you didn't bother to put any time into then claim you thought up the whole sha-bang it leaves you free time to count your money.
