Be careful about being right though, because others can have a hard time about it
if you being right makes them wrong.
If you are working for a company and there is a problem and you find the
solution, take note of who has tried a solution already and failed or has a
solution that doesn't measure up to yours.
These people can get angry as hell because you did your job.
I've been "fired"(forced to quit) in this situation a couple of times.
I thought I was giving everyone what they wanted, a solution; but all they
really wanted was to be right.
Both times I received a phone call a couple years later with an apology after
people became happy with my solution and accepted that it was what they needed.
A lot of good the apology did me. NOT! But at least I got them.
